Shipping/delivery policy of the products
PRODUCTS
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer.
The scope of delivery covers the following areas: Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands.
DELIVERY METHODS AND DEADLINES
1. Orders will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order:
Orders will be delivered to the customer by courier or parcel delivery companies. The order will be considered delivered when the carrier has delivered the package to the customer, and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the goods on receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery note.
Orders will be delivered to the customer within 24-72 hours of confirmation of the sale. No shipments or deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.
Prices, Charges and Taxes
The prices of the products listed on www.qknatur.com are expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and are guaranteed for the duration of their validity and regardless of the destination of the order.
PRODUCTS
The final prices of all products (and, where applicable, the final prices per unit of measurement, when mandatory) together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear on the www.qknatur.com
• VAT is included in the price of the products. The VAT rate is 21%.
• Shipping costs: Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are €4.50, plus €0.95 VAT. However, we offer free shipping for orders over 40 euros. The total shipping cost will be added at the end of your order, and you can see it in the order summary.
• Return costs: Returns are associated with return and management costs. To find out the rates applied to returns, please contact QKnatur by email at info@qknatur.com.
The prices of the products may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be that in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer formalises acceptance.
Payment Methods
These payment methods are available to you:
a. By credit or debit card
You can make the payment immediately through the SSL secure payment gateway of our Bank. If it is necessary to make any refund or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card, or by bank transfer to the account provided by the buyer. Both personal and bank data will be protected with all the security measures established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD). QKnatur accepts payments with VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode. The bank that issues the card must be located in Spanish territory. When placing the order, the customer shall provide their card details, which shall be stored directly in the Global Payments Commerce Gateway during the purchase process. QKnatur does not store credit card information. For reasons internal to the Organisation, the collection process is carried out through Banco Santander, without this being of any consequence to the customer.
b. PayPal
The payment of the order will be authorised through PayPal, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. To do this, it is essential to have a PayPal account.
c. BIZUM
We also accept payments via Bizum. Simply select this option during the checkout process and follow the instructions to complete the transaction. Remember that it is important that the phone number associated with your Bizum is the same number you use to place your order.
d. Bank transfer
If you choose this option, make the transfer to the account that will be provided at the end of the purchase. It is important that you send proof of the transfer to our email info@qknatur.com. If we do not receive the receipt, the order will not be shipped. Remember to include your order number in the transfer reference to facilitate identification.
