Bakuchiol

Bakuchiol is a natural compound extracted from the seeds and leaves of the Psoralea corylifolia plant, native to Asia. It has established itself as a plant-based alternative to retinol, offering similar benefits but in a gentler and more well-tolerated form. For this reason, it is known as ‘vegan retinol’.
