Shipping/delivery policy of the products

PRODUCTS

The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer.

The scope of delivery covers the following areas: Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands.

DELIVERY METHODS AND DEADLINES

1. Orders will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order:

Orders will be delivered to the customer by courier or parcel delivery companies. The order will be considered delivered when the carrier has delivered the package to the customer, and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the goods on receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery note.

Orders will be delivered to the customer within 24-72 hours of confirmation of the sale. No shipments or deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.

Prices, Charges and Taxes

The prices of the products listed on www.qknatur.com are expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and are guaranteed for the duration of their validity and regardless of the destination of the order.

PRODUCTS

The final prices of all products (and, where applicable, the final prices per unit of measurement, when mandatory) together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear on the website www.qknatur.com.

• VAT is included in the price of the products. The VAT rate is 21%.
• Shipping costs: Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are €4.50, plus €0.95 VAT. However, we offer free shipping for orders over 40 euros. The total shipping cost will be added at the end of your order, and you can see it in the order summary.

• Return costs: Returns are associated with return and management costs. To find out the rates applied to returns, please contact QKnatur by email at info@qknatur.com.

The prices of the products may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be that in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer formalises acceptance.

Returns

Our refund and return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

Overdue or missing reimbursements

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Articles for sale

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@qknatur.com and send your item to: P.I. Els Xops, 12 08185 Lliçà de Vall.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift sent the order to be delivered to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift and you will be informed of your return.

Envío y devoluciones

To return your product, you must send it by post to: P.I. Els Xops, 12 08185 Lliçà de Vall.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only ship to mainland Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium and Holland. For other destinations please contact by email info@qknatur.com
